Warehousing and Fulfillment Services

We offer a variety of services to package, warehouse and ship your items to your organization or directly to your customers. We can combine and package your materials, and those manufactured elsewhere, into kits. With more than 60,000 square feet of warehouse we can satisfy your storage needs, from business card shells to the product inventory of your business. Our fulfillment services can ship your items by the piece or by the truckload. Our automation tools allow ordering of items from within your organization or directly by the public and can be customized to satisfy the unique needs of your business.

Packaging

We can package your materials, and those manufactured elsewhere, into kits, simplifying inventory and distribution. Printed items including coupons, posters, calendars, tags, binders, pads, CDs, balloons and other items can be combined into a single box, then drop shipped to your dealers, sales representatives or customers. Boxes are ordered based on your needs: from a plain box to 4-color, so you can assign your resources based on your marketing objectives.

Warehousing

Our customers currently utilize over 60,000 square feet of warehouse space and we can expand based on your needs. We store most any kind of item to support our customers needs, from items as small as pens and keychains to large signage. From business card shells to the product inventory of your business, we have a proven track record to safely and securely store your assets.

Shipping

Our fulfillment services can pick and ship your items by the piece or by the truckload. Knoxville, Tennessee is located at the convergence of I-40, I-75 and I-81 within a day's drive of two-thirds the entire US population, making us ideally situated as a distribution hub. Our proximity to major overnight shippers allows us to expedite delivery when you need it fast. Whether you need to ship a few posters overnight for your new store opening in California or 100 skids to Canada, we have done it before and can make it happen for you.

Order and Inventory Management Tools

Our order and inventory management tools give your staff and customers the convenience of web-based ordering and your accountants the visibility to monitor operations securely from a web browser. A comprehensive set of tools allow authorized people within your organization to manage orders, track shipments, generate reports, and view inventory levels in real-time. Our software has been developed in-house and can be customized to satisfy the unique needs of your business.

Distribution List Management Tools

Our distribution list management tools enable your staff to maintain and group lists of customers, sales representatives, dealers, or anyone to whom you wish to ship identical items en masse. You can set default quantities for each recipient and filter shipments by recipient attributes or groups, making it easy to ship "ad kits to our northwest regional dealers", or other targeted groups. A suite of reporting tools allow you to track shipments, calculate cost totals, or view the shipping history for each recipient. Our software has been developed in-house and can be customized to satisfy the unique needs of your business.

Data Capture and Rebate Services

If you offer rebates or purchase incentives to your customers, we can help. Our data capture services turn your bounce cards and rebate forms into structured data ready to be used by your business. During capture, we validate addresses and each claim to ensure it satisfies your program rules, transcribing all data into a secure database. Our software is flexible, supports complicated compliance rules and, if you require, can select between different items based on the particulars of each claim.

For valid claims, our integrated fulfillment service ships your items or rebate checks. For invalid claims we can ship notification cards so that customers may re-submit or understand why their claim has not been accepted. Our fraud analysis tools monitor for abuse and fraudulent claims.

Your customer service department may securely search the claims database in realtime from a web browser, modify information, make notes and use this as a tool to facilitate customer interactions, with a complete audit trail. Your accounting department can see in real-time all activity and export reports. Our software has been developed in-house and can be customized to satisfy the unique needs of your business.
